1. Purpose
These Terms of Service govern the conditions and procedures under which ARGOS Inc.
("we", "us", or "our") provides the Get Human Consent service
(the "Service") to registered users ("you" or "Users").
2. Definitions
- Service: The full range of GHC-based identity verification functions, token issuance, API access, and dashboard management tools.
- User: Any individual or legal entity who registers and uses the Service.
- Verification Request: A request submitted through the API or dashboard for human-reviewed authentication.
- Token: A time-limited unique string issued by ARGOS to validate successful verification.
- Personal Information: Any information that can identify an individual, including but not limited to email, name, IP address.
3. Posting and Modification
- These Terms will be posted on our dashboard or website.
- We reserve the right to modify these Terms with 7 days' prior notice.
- Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes agreement. If you disagree, you must stop using the Service.
4. Scope of Service
- The Service provides:
- Identity verification with human oversight (GHC)
- API and dashboard for token issuance and validation
- Logs and user-level management features
- We may update, suspend, or terminate features without prior notice.
5. Account Registration
- Valid email registration is required for access.
- You are responsible for safeguarding your account and API keys.
- Organizational users must have appropriate authorization to bind their entity.
6. Verification and Tokens
- Verification Requests are submitted via the Service.
- Results include both automated and human-reviewed outcomes.
- Tokens expire after a fixed period and may be revoked upon misuse or policy violations.
7. User Obligations
- You shall not:
- Submit fraudulent or unauthorized data
- Share tokens or credentials without permission
- Interfere with system integrity
- You are liable for damage caused by your misuse.
8. Privacy and Personal Information
- We collect and use only minimal personal data necessary for service delivery.
- Personal data is processed according to our Privacy Policy.
- No biometric or PII is stored unless explicitly consented to by the User.
9. Intellectual Property
- All rights to the platform, API, SDK, and dashboard remain with ARGOS.
- Open-source components are governed by their respective licenses.
- Commercial redistribution or reproduction without consent is prohibited.
10. Suspension and Termination
- We may suspend accounts or features for security, legal, or policy reasons.
- You may terminate your account at any time.
- Post-termination, your access is revoked and data may be retained for compliance.
11. Limitation of Liability
- The Service is provided "as is" with no warranties.
- ARGOS is not liable for indirect damages including system delays or failed verifications.
- We are only liable for damages resulting from gross negligence or willful misconduct.
12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
This agreement shall be governed by and construed under the laws of the State of California, USA. All disputes shall be exclusively resolved in the state or federal courts located in San Francisco County, California. You agree to first attempt informal resolution before initiating arbitration or litigation.
